Submission Guidelines:
To ensure a seamless and efficient review process, we kindly request that you adhere to the following submission guidelines:
1. No Plagiarism or AI-generated content: We accept only original work that has not been published elsewhere. Plagiarism or any form of intellectual property infringement will result in disqualification. Attach a plagiarism report from https://www.smallseotools.com/plagiarism-checker/ with your submissions.
2. Relevant Topics: We welcome submissions covering a wide range of legal topics, including but not limited to human rights, criminal law, constitutional law, international law, environmental law, social justice, and legal theory. Your work should align with JAF’s mission and contribute to the understanding and advancement of legal knowledge.
3. Formatting: Use Heading 1 for the Title of the Assignment, and H2, H3… for the subsequent headings (Watch this). Ensure that your work is well-structured, coherent, and free from grammatical errors. You must run your assignment through Grammarly before submission.Â
4. Word Count: Articles and papers should typically range from 2,500 to 3,000 words.
5. File Format: .docx, .doc (MS Word file)
6. Case Citations: Whenever you cite a case law/precedent, include the citation to that particular case in square brackets.
7. Ethical Considerations: We encourage you to approach your work with integrity, respecting confidentiality, privacy, and professional ethics. Avoid any content that may be considered defamatory, discriminatory, or harmful.
